Your Personal Information
Personal information collected via JRTF.us is used to: 1) process employment applications from individuals who choose to submit their resumes through the online resume form; 2) to process requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act submitted through the online FOIA request form; 3) provide e-mail notifications of substantive updates to the JRTF Web site to subscribers who request this service; and 4) provide information in response to comments or questions when a response is requested by the person submitting the comment or question.

Privacy Act Statement: Authority for collecting information requested through this website is contained in 10 U.S.C. §§ 1601-1614, 50 U.S.C. §§ 831-835 and 3602; Executive Order 12333, as amended; Executive Order 12968, as amended; and Executive Order 13467. DoD's Blanket Routine Uses (found at Appendix C of 32 CFR Part 310), as well as the specific uses found in GNSA 02, GNSA 03, GNSA 05, GNSA 08, GNSA 09, and GNSA 10 apply to this information. Authority for requesting your Social Security Number (SSN) is Executive Order 9397, as amended. The requested information will be used to determine your skills and experience, as well as your security eligibility for employment with the Joint Reconnaissance Task Force. Your disclosure of the requested information, except your SSN, is voluntary. Failure to provide the requested information may result in processing delays, delay the Agency in making an employment decision, or any decision at all, regarding your security eligibility. Your disclosure of your SSN is mandatory. Your SSN will be used to confirm your identity during the application process and security investigation. Privacy on Third Party Websites
JRTF uses a third-party website to facilitate interviews of applicants for employment with the Task Force. When using the third-party website, you may be asked to provide that third-party with personally identifiable information (PII). If you are selected for an interview, you are encouraged to review the privacy policy of the third-party website prior to registering or using the site to fully understand how your PII may be collected or used by the third-party website. The Task Force, including Human Resources, will use PII it receives through the third-party website to facilitate the hiring of qualified applicants. The Task Force will secure, use, and disseminate the PII that it receives through the third-party website consistent with the Privacy Act and System of Record Notice GNSA 02. If you do not wish to use the third-party website during your application process, please notify your recruiter to discuss alternative options.
Your Rights Under the Privacy Act

In accordance with Section 15 of 50 U.S.C. (402 note) no one may use, without permission from the JRTF the words ‘Joint Reconnaissance Task Force', the initials, or seal of the Joint Reconnaissance Task Force in connection with any commercial activity or in a manner intended to convey the impression that such use is approved, or authorized by the Joint Reconnaissance Task Force.
